The Elite is a simple, cheap "local" Hotel and performed that role well. It isn't a 5-star resort, but that wasn't what I needed - it is a comfortable bed and a filling local breakfast, close to Omonoia Square for the Metro, the Hop-on busses, and other facilities. The bathroom was constructed deep in the 1960s by a chap who didn't own a set-square or spirit-level but the hand-shower flow was instantly hot and copious, and that's what matters. Similarly, the twin beds were not ornate, but the mattress was firm, and the sheets fresh and crisp at the end of the day. There was no TV in the room, just a small fridge for drinks, but I don't watch Greek programs, and the Wi-fi was fast and reliable.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel for work in 2022. Very safe area compared to other hotels on side streets. I like the sidewalk goes straight to metro and grocery store up hill to the right. I am a Female alone and absolutely can endorse it as good hotel

Angela

Location is excellent, 3 minute walk from the subway, and very central location for sightseeing, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they let us leave our bags after checkout as our flight was later in the day so we had time to kill.

Lucy

The hotel's central location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms made for an excellent stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation.

Sam

No bells and whistles but you get what you pay for. We only needed to stay one night and I think that was enough. Had the very basic essentials.
